Global Learning resource portal (AAC&U):  Online portal listing other publications and programs that have relevance to global learning at AAC&U.

International Development Project Database (Association of Public and Land-Grant Universities): This database provides profiles of current international research and development projects at A۰P۰L۰U and AAU member institutions.  Individual project profiles, which include self reports about overseas location and activities, fields of expertise, partnerships, funding, participant training, and a link to each project’s web site, are grouped by reporting university.

Trends & Insights (NAFSA, updated 2015): Authored by respected leaders in international education, Trends & Insights articles explore a range of issues affecting internationalization, including “Knowledge, Power, and Uncovering Bias: Revisiting the Notion of Immersion,” “Imbalances in Mobility and Higher Education Development,” “The Best in the World? Not in Internationalization,” “Tomorrow’s Globally Engaged University,” and “Tripping Over or Reconciling the Words of Internationalization.”

Engaging Diverse Viewpoints: What is the Campus Climate for Perspective-Taking (AAC&U): Engaging Diverse Viewpoints focuses on whether—and which—environments promote students’ abilities to understand and be informed by perspectives that differ from their own. The report presents findings from a unique campus climate assessment tool—administered in 2007 to 24,000 students and 9,000 academic administrators, faculty, and student affairs professionals at twenty-three colleges and universities.


AAC&U Annual Meeting (AAC&U): This year was AAC&U’s Centennial Annual Meeting—“Liberal Education, Global Flourishing, and the Equity Imperative”—which will examined the multiple meanings of “global flourishing” for individuals and society. Click on Session Materials, under Resources, to find session PowerPoints, handouts, and other useful resources. AAC&U’s Annual Meeting is held each year in January.
